Who owns the work

All paintings on this website were made by me, Didi Konings; I hold the copyright. The photos of the studio and of the works were taken by photographer Bert Broers, unless another name is given; the copyright on those photos belongs to the photographer. The texts on this website are protected as well.

What is not allowed without permission

Without written permission, you may not use work, photos or texts from this website to:

• copy them, store them for reuse, or distribute them;
• print or reproduce them, for example as a poster, card, print or on a product;
• edit, imitate or incorporate them into another work;
• use them for advertising or other commercial purposes;
• train software or AI models. I expressly reserve my rights against text and data mining, as permitted by Article 15o of the Dutch Copyright Act.

What is allowed

• Sharing a work using the share buttons on that work's page, or with a link to this website.
• For press, exhibitions and publications I am happy to provide images. Feel free to ask.

Bought a work?

When you buy a painting, you become the owner of the canvas. The copyright stays with me. You may hang the work, show it and sell it on, but not have it reproduced or printed without my permission.

Asking permission or reporting something

Would you like to use a work or photo? Email pa@didikonings.nl and tell me what for. If you see my work used somewhere without permission, please let me know as well.
